Mr. BENNETT:

We propose to take the departments which were mentioned last evening before the adjournment of the house, and then to take up the departments which the right hon. gentleman stated they were prepared to discuss in detail. That is, we will call an item in each of the remaining departments, and then take up Mines, Interior, Immigration and Colonization, Pensions and National Health.
