A right of way was obtained through the property of J. A. Kirkpatrick for this sewer for the sum of $80.
6 and 7. Sewer, well and pumping outfit constructed by J. B. Caddell for S600. Water supply is obtained from the well and no complaints have been received by Department regarding the supply.
