Mr. Nicholson:
May I add an additional word on this matter? Has the minister sent out telegrams to the premiers of the provinces of British Columbia and Prince Edward Island? Obviously mistakes occurred in the papers on Saturday. Has he followed up with telegrams to explain the mistakes that were made?

Mr. A. M. Nicholson (Mackenzie):
Mr. Speaker, I should like to direct a question to the Minister of Trade and Commerce. In view of the fact that last year on January 30 an interim payment of 10 cents a bushel was announced on the 1955-56 wheat crop, and on February 2, 1956 a 10-cent interim payment on the 1954-55 crop, will the minister be able to announce an interim payment on the 1956-57 crop before the end of January?
