Mr. DORION:

Will my hon. friend allow

me a question? What was done by the provincial Minister of Labour in Quebec?

Mr. ST-PERE: It is not for me to deal

with provincial matters. I hold no brief for the Hon. Mr. Taschereau's administration; neither is it my business to lay charges against the city administration in Montreal. I say only this: it is my duty to deny the statements made by the present administration on the floor of the House of Commons.
