Mr. While:
Before this item carries I should like to ask a question. It is possible that I may be out of order. I want to know whether it applies to the acquisition of land at London, Ontario, for a postal terminal?

Mr. White:
Mr. Chairman, I too have aword to say along this line. Ever since Ihave been a member of this house I havetried to secure a list of the names of new
Canadians from the crown attorney of the city of London and the Department of Citizenship and Immigration, and only on one occasion was I able to get a complete list of names. On one occasion I asked the crown attorney for the city of London for the list of names and he had the audacity to send me a list containing five names, when there were many more names than that. Reference has been made to co-operation from departments. There was no co-operation forthcoming from that department, but hon. members will note that it did not affect the results of the election as far as the constituency of Middlesex East is concerned.
