Minister of Public Works (Mr. Stewart). He certainly lost his memorandum because in quoting this item to relieve the unemployed, he forgot to provide for the reconstruction of the post office at L'Assom.ption which is crumbling; the Liberals, therefore, will be obliged to rebuild it as soon as they assume power.

Thus the post office at St. Lin; tobacco warehouses at St. Jacques-I'Achigan, St. Esprit and even at Joliette could be erected. The minister did not do so, he did not inquire in what localities this money could be utilized.
