Referring to a statement made on the 9th of December, 1912, by the (Minister of Public Works that, after having an inquiry made into the matter, the department had reported that the construction of a public building at, St. iLin de.s Laurentides, county of L'Assomption, was urgent, and as the estimates submitted do not contain the amount required for this construction, will the minister explain the reasons for this omission?
