1. Has the Railway Commission refused to intervene and compel the Canadian Northern Quebec Railway Company to make and maintain on Pile Bourdon, between the bridges of Bout de Pile and Charlemagne, a road fit for carriages and macadamized as required?

2. Is the honourable Minister of Railways and Canals of the opinion that by virtue of the bargain concluded between his department and the said company, the latter is bound to make the works in question?

3. If so, has the department given notice to the said company of an order to carry out these works and comply with the wishes of the public in the matter, or will measures be soon taken to compel the company to fulfill such obligations?
