Mr. Speaker, I rise on a question of privilege. I wanted to vote for the Atlantic pact, but I have to catch a train in a few moments. In case I miss the boat I want the long-winded members to know I am in favour of the pact and if I were here I would vote for the motion.

Mr. Speaker, I should like to ask a question of
the Postmaster General. In view of the fact that the federal government has taken over the ownership of post office boxes, and postmasters throughout the country are now deprived of revenues from those boxes, will the federal government before this session breaks up see that payment is made to postmasters for the boxes?
