Mr. GATHER:
other countries that are troubled with problems such as we have at the present time.
I might just say, in conclusion, that I did not last session avail myself to any extent of the opportunity of speaking in the House. I think I probably acted wisely in adopting that course. Being new here, I was very anxious to get to know the members and to learn a little about the atmosphere and all that sort of thing. I must thank the House for the indulgence that it has shown to me to-day and the attentive manner in which it has listened to my very rambling remarks.
On the motion of Mr. L. J. Gauthier (St. Hyacinthe-Rouville), the debate was adjourned.
