The hon. minister's answer to me is hardly consistent with this vote. Last year the estimate was $8,000. and this year it is $9,000. The hon. gentleman does not expect to make much improvement for $1,000, I suppose ?

As I understand the hon. gentleman, the Ontario government own the fish in the rivers and lakes of the province.
I would like to know if the Ontario government endorse the regulations of the Dominion government, and are willing to carry them out.
