Mr. Speaker, at the request of the St. Eusebe parish section of the St. Jean Baptiste society and of a group of young people of that parish, I beg leave to lay on the table of the house a petition expressing their opinion respecting immigration.

Olivier, held by Mr. H. Fortier, chief inspector of the Department, together with a copy of all papers, memoranda and other documents in the possession of Mr. H. Fortier, concerning the said investigation.
