One thing that should not be overlooked is that the same bulletin will not suit all sections of the country. Why not get those that will suit the different sections and publish more of them, and economize in that way? As far as blue books are concerned, the local newspapers which are supplied with all these documents, make very little use of them, and it would be better to have them sent by request. A great saving could be made in that way, and what was saved might be expended in increasing the issue of the agricultural bulletin which is so much desired by the people throughout the country.
