Mr. MAODOUGALL:
While we are waiting I should like to bring up a matter which is not controversial at all. It has been brought to my attention this afternoon that members of the protective Staff, charwomen and so forth, have not been paid for two weeks. I would ask the Minister of Finance if he has any idea of giving them a cheque on Saturday to bring a little happiness into their homes.
