Mr. GEARY:

Surely the reference to the Patent Medicine Act indicates clearly the intent, that you shall not over the radio do what you are forbidden to do by legislation, for example the Patent Medicine Act. That act does not allow you to advertise anything as a cure. I admit that this regulation is badly drawn, but surely the sensible view-
