Mr. Speaker, on a question of privilege-and indeed I consider that it is a great privilege -I wish to express to all members of the House of Commons my appreciation of the great honour it has been for me to sit here for the last 12 years. I am not running in the next election, but I wanted to tell you all how much I have appreciated being associated with one of the greatest bodies of men the world has ever known.
