May I ask
a question supplementary to that asked of the Minister of Agriculture by the right hon.
member for Melville with regard to flood control dams on the Assiniboine river in the Kamsack area. Would the minister consider giving a report to the house as to what has been done with regard to this matter by the previous government, particularly with regard to making any contracts or firm commitments with respect to the building of these dams?
