You asked me to repeat my interjection. I said that we were not that stupid. The Saskatchewan dam was not the question; it was a vote of want of confidence.

Does my hon. friend wish me to retract? He will have to give me an opportunity. When he brought in the vote of want of confidence early this session he brought it in in such terms that he forced us to vote against the Saskatchewan river project or support him in an attempt to defeat the government.
